Fees
Becoming a Certified Student Affairs Educator is a formal demonstration of one's commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning and development to stay current with new knowledge and trends in student affairs and services work. The Consortium supports student affairs educators interested in applying for, and maintaining, certification credentials. This includes transparency in the certification fees that are necessary to support the Consortium's ongoing operations and program maintenance with adherence to accreditor standards.
Discounted Pilot Program Application & Exam Fees
Applications for the pilot program of both core and specialty area certifications open September 27 and will be accepted through October 23, 2022 at 11:59 pm (ET). This one-time pilot program will serve as the soft launch of Student Affairs Educator Certification. Participation in the pilot program is offered at a reduced application rate and will increase to regular rates after the completion of the Pilot.
